Thanks, we’re really excited about moving too. I’ve been trying to get over

there for years – it’s hard to believe it’s finally going to happen.

Unfortunately, as

a vegetarian I didn’t get to taste much Moroccan food. I did have a veggie tagine once that

was very nice, and someone made me a special batch of the chick pea soup that they eat for

ftor during Ramadan which was excellent. My husband was in love with this dish of cooked

bell peppers called filfla (which just means “peppers”) but unfortunately we didn’t get
