This is an interesting site with “A weekly start for a healthier America” (though I see no reason why the rest of the world can’t participate). 🙂 Anyway, Meatless Monday is a national campaign to help people eat better by eating less red meat, pork, and poultry. You may not be vegetarian, but that doesn’t mean you have to eat meat every single day, so why not try one “meatless Monday” and see how you feel? The site includes recipes, meal planning, tips, and more to help you make a great meatless meal.

Wishing you a great week,

Hi Laura,
I followed your
About site for almost a year, preparing for a trip to Paris (still on the emailing list). You
wrote that you were working on a book. Are you finished and is it available somewhere? I love
your lessons and you were a great help.
Thanks,
Scott
Hi Scott –

Hii Laura,
Yr view was
pretty interesting i must say. “meatless Monday” is surely a great concept. Actually speaking
at my place since everyone is a Pure vegetarian, but at times i do eat chicken. But its fixed
that every Monday we are not supposed to have meat for religious reasons. But honestly
speaking, I don’t know what stops me from eating on a Monday. Automatically my mind holds
control over my heart and says “noo”. I guess i don’t feel like eating. Its not that I am a
Non veg. Infact more than Non-veg i eat Veg at home. But when i get this desire to eat chicken
, then my parents tell me i shld’nt control. But i never get those desires on a
Monday..hehehe
