In Eu, we had our picnic in the field right in front of the ch\u00e2teau<\/a>‘s garden. The drive along the coast was absolutely beautiful, and so was the town of F\u00e9camp. We did a quick d\u00e9gustation at the Palais B\u00e9n\u00e9dictine<\/a>, one of the odder buildings I’ve seen in a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honfleur is very cute and flowery (kind of like Port Grimaud<\/a>). We were there for an afternoon 15 years ago, but it didn’t seem remotely familiar to me.<\/p>\n

In Rouen, we tried to find the places we’d visited in 1995, with some success. We couldn’t find our favorite caf\u00e9, though, which was very disappointing.<\/p>\n
