The whole squirrel thing was ridiculous, the conversations with her mother made me roll my eyes and sigh repeatedly, her continuing &#8220;relationship&#8221; with her loser ex-boyfriend was completely unrealistic&#8230; there were a million and one things that bothered me.<\/p>\n<p>For example: after describing how handsome Jack looks, Jane says &#8220;On days like this, I wondered how I was lucky enough to be his best friend.&#8221; I&#8217;m sorry, but a good friend to me is someone who is interesting, funny, dependable, and kind. Whether s\/he is good looking or not is completely irrevelant.
