He starts dating for the sole purpose of finding a hot date to take to his ex&#8217;s wedding (very mature), and goes on three ridiculous first dates. Then he meets an older woman, who witnessed him on said dates and saw first-hand exactly what a loser he was. Despite this, she invites him to eat with her, and thus begins a <del>beaut<\/del> bizarre love story.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Right from the get-go his relationship with her made no sense to me. I kept waiting for her to turn out to be a prostitute, or doing a research study, or something &#8211; something &#8211; to give logic to her decision to spend time and share a bed with this immature loser. The whole scene at the family party was completely insane, and it only gets worse from there.<\/p>\n<p>My opinion: this book is neither funny nor romantic.
