What is your favorite kind of chocolate? I think mine is Lindt – I’ve always been a fan of their dark chocolate truffles and chocolate-peanut butter truffles, and then this weekend I discovered their extra dark chocolate truffles, which are divine. I grew up on Fannie May chocolates, and I still think they have the best chocolate-covered almonds to be found anywhere.

You haven’t lived until you’ve tried Jacques Torres’ chocolates. He has a chocolaterie in Brooklyn, near the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Truffles to die for! And available online at http://mrchocolate.com/ … mmm, hand-made and heavenly!
